I loved the wonderful breakfast menu at the vicarage! You can choose any warm dish the night before, like eggs benedict or a full english breakfast, and they were all amazing. Plus, there's a nice cold buffet with toasts and croissants. The sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a day out.

We enjoyed our stay while attending a wedding nearby. The breakfast menu was a highlight, offering delightful options like a full English breakfast and Eggs Benedict – all of which we tried and loved. The staff was accommodating, and they even brought our delayed order to our room after a long travel day. The location was perfect for the event at Davenport House, making it very convenient for us.

Cleanliness could definitely use some work. my bathroom had some stubborn hairs around the toilet and the radiator was dust-ridden. The shower pressure left much to be desired—took ages to rinse out shampoo. There’s also an interesting smell from the kitchen that finds its way into the rooms. not what I expected while trying to unwind. Plus, a dog bin would’ve made things easier for patrons with pets. Meals lean towards fine dining but come in small portions, leaving you to wonder if you should really stick to three courses or risk going hungry.

During my stay, I enjoyed the spectacular views over the surrounding countryside from my room as well as the convenience of being just a short walk from the Bridgnorth Cliff Railway, which made exploring the area super easy. if you're someone who loves to stroll through cities and admire their landmarks, this hotel truly caters to that passion with its prime positioning and lovely walking routes nearby.
